Acquired by Moreland Estate Management in June 2014 and effecting a complete change of personnel within the organisation, Alexandra Lloyd is a residential lettings agency with offices in Edgware and Hendon; The company is headed two partners with over 20 year's joint experience in residential property management with a legal or surveying background. The partners have one shared vision, to create a lettings agency which is entirely transparent and puts the client and their individual needs at the heart of all services offered, to utilise their experience and knowledge of the local property markets to achieve the best return possible for each client, within the given market conditions of any particular time, and to help and assist clients to navigate through the obstacles and pitfalls that can sometimes arise when renting a property.
