The Victor Michael Property Group can trace its origins back to 1988, when the company was originally founded by Mr Victor Khatri and our very first office was established in Stratford, East London. Since this time the company has grown to become one of the longest serving independent property groups in East London and the county of Essex. The company have four branch offices strategically located to serve our clients and the local communities. We provide a wide range of services for residential & commercial sales and lettings, property management and block management services.
We are also fully accredited members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). We also subscribe to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and The Safe Agent endorsement mark, protecting landlords & Tenants money by client protection insurances.
